How nice is a cool breeze on a hot, humid July day here in Louisiana! It gives us a break from the hot reality that we face almost everyday. This day was a hot and very humid day, but a late afternoon thunderstorm threatened to rain down on us, and the breezy weather provided a small amount of relief when we got together with our family to take a couple updated pictures of their family.

The girls are getting so big, with Zoe just beginning to walk. As always, Leah is a helpful big sister:

Getting ready shots: A time to capture those special moments of preparation and anticipation before the commencement of the wedding day festivities. My brother Matt was married a few weeks ago, and we took a few minutes to help document this time in his life. Here are some shots that we took of him after he got ready, and shortly before it was time to leave for the ceremony.
